What your operation needs

Chemical compatibility

We advise you according to product: tell us what it contains and we'll tell you which container can handle it (HDPE resists most acids, bases and aqueous solvents).

Cost of single-use packaging

Reconditioned IBC at a fraction of the price of a new one, with a checked valve and pressure test.

Packaging waste

We collect your end-of-life IBCs and drums as an authorised waste manager, with certification.

What businesses like yours ask us

Answers from our sales team, with specific sizes and models. If your case is not covered, tell us and we will sort it out with you.

When what goes inside must never end up outside, a container stops being a consumable and becomes a safety element. We supply industry and chemical companies with IBC tanks with proven watertightness, sturdy drums and solid big box units, new or reconditioned and verified one by one.

New or reconditioned IBC?

It depends on what you're going to put inside, and that's literally the first question we'll ask you:

  • [New IBC](/venta/grg-ibc): integrated cage and pallet, suitable for food use. The option for sensitive product or direct food use.

  • Reconditioned IBC: a fraction of the price of a new one, ideal for irrigation water, soaps, detergents, diluted plant protection products and non-critical industrial liquids.

The difference lies in what we check before selling it: a pressure watertightness test, a checked valve and tap, cage and pallet in good condition, and interior cleanliness. An IBC that fails the test isn't sold: it's recycled. As simple as that.

For smaller volumes, the 200-litre drum with lid and metal strap offers an airtight seal, resistance to knocks and the weather, and stable stacking: the workshop and plant classic that never lets you down.

What products can polyethylene withstand?

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) resists most acids, bases and aqueous solvents at room temperature, which covers the bulk of the usual industrial liquids. The limits are certain aggressive organic solvents and high temperatures. Our way of working is direct: tell us what it contains, at what concentration and at what temperature, and we'll tell you which container can handle it, rather than leaving you alone with a compatibility chart.

For solids and industrial bulk goods, the solid big box of 1200x1000x780 mm closes the circuit: around 500 kg of usable load, watertight walls and stacking to 4-5 heights.

What to do with end-of-life IBCs and drums?

Don't stockpile them or pay just to get rid of them: we are an authorised manager of non-hazardous plastic waste. We collect your end-of-life IBCs, drums and bulk bins with a management certificate for your environmental records, recondition what can be reused and recycle the rest. The full detail of the circuit is at reuse and recycling.

That circuit is also why we almost always have reconditioned stock at a good price on hand: what one industry retires, once inspected and tested, solves another's storage needs.

Know your product but not sure about the container? Tell us in the quote form with the product, concentration and monthly volume, and we'll come back with the proposal and its documentation.

Sobre el sector Industry and chemicals

What containers do you offer for the chemical industry?

We offer 1000-litre IBC tanks and 200-litre drums with lid and strap for the safe storage and transport of liquids, new or reconditioned with a leak test.

What do you check on a reconditioned IBC?

Watertightness with a pressure test, valve and tap, condition of the cage and pallet, and interior cleanliness. An IBC that fails the test isn't sold: it's recycled.

Does polyethylene withstand my product?

HDPE resists most acids, bases and aqueous solvents at room temperature; the limits are aggressive organic solvents and high temperatures. Tell us the product, concentration and temperature and we'll confirm the right container.

Do you collect end-of-life IBCs and drums?

Yes, as an authorised manager of non-hazardous plastic waste: we collect, recondition what can be reused, recycle the rest and give you a management certificate for your environmental records.
