Pallets and containers for logistics and storage

In logistics, a container is judged on three numbers: the tare kilos you drag around, the heights you stack to, and the volume it takes up when it comes back empty. We supply logistics operators, warehouses and exporters with material that improves all three at once.

Why choose a plastic pallet for export?

Because it removes the need for plant health treatment. Wood leaving the EU needs ISPM-15 marking (heat treatment and a stamp), and a pallet with no marking or an illegible stamp is cargo held up at the border. The plastic pallet doesn't need it: plastic is exempt from the standard, so that risk disappears from the map.

It also weighs less than its wooden equivalent — tare kilos that turn into kilos of usable load on every trip — doesn't splinter, doesn't absorb liquids and can be washed. We work with the two sizes that move Europe: 1200x800 mm (europallet) and 1200x1000 mm (industrial), in a lightweight vented version for export and logistics, and a hygienic one for loads that require it. How much does a foldable crate save on the return trip?

Up to 75% of the volume. Every empty crate coming back from your customer travels at the same price as a full one; Lock System foldable crates fold down in seconds, so where you once needed a full trailer for the empties, now a quarter of one is enough. On long routes or multi-drop local delivery, the savings on freight pay off the price difference within a few seasons.

For large volumes, the 1200x1000 mm big box stacks to 4-5 heights when full, with around 400-500 kg of usable load per unit: warehouse density without shelving.

Own fleet or rental for peaks?

The right question is how long your trough lasts. A fleet sized for the peak sits idle for half the year; one sized for the trough falls short every season. Our answer is the mixed model: buy the base that turns over all year round, new or inspected second-hand, up to 60% cheaper, and cover the peaks with flexible rental, with staggered deliveries and quick expansion based on stock.

And when you scale down, the surplus isn't a problem: we'll buy the containers you no longer use, with a valuation from your photos and collection across Spain.
