Is there a minimum order?
No. From 1 unit up to full trailer loads.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the destination and volume; we confirm the lead time when the order is placed. For urgent needs, call us: we offer an extended service.
Do you deliver to the Balearic and Canary Islands?
Yes. Transport to the Balearic and Canary Islands is the customer's responsibility; we help you arrange it and give you the lead times.
Can I collect it myself from your premises?
Of course, Monday to Friday. Let us know in advance and we'll have it ready on the dock.
What is the difference between new and second-hand?
The second-hand one is delivered inspected, with a guarantee and at a lower price. Remaining service life depends on the model: we give you an honest estimate before you buy.
Do prices include transport?
Transport isn't included: it's the customer's responsibility. We can help you arrange it and find the best carrier for your area.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Everything is delivered inspected; if something arrives faulty, it is replaced at no cost and without argument.
How much load does a Big Box hold?
Depending on the model, Big Box units hold up to 500 kg of usable load and stack to 4-5 heights when full; check the technical specifications of each model for the exact figure.
Minimum rental period?
The minimum period is one month, billed even if you use it for less time or only need it for a week. Campaigns of 1–3 months are typical; the longer the term, the better the unit price.
Can I add more during the season?
Yes: one phone call and we arrange the extra delivery based on stock and destination.
What happens if rented material breaks?
Normal wear and tear is factored in; damage from misuse is assessed at the end according to the contract. Everything in writing before you start.
Does the material arrive clean?
The material is delivered checked and ready to use. Any specific cleaning or disinfection your protocol (HACCP) requires is the customer's responsibility.
What do you do with bulk bins that are no longer usable?
We collect them, give the reusable ones a second life as second-hand product, and recycle the rest as an authorised waste manager, with documented traceability.
Do you collect from my premises?
Yes, across mainland Spain. For small volumes you can also bring it to our premises.
Can you advise me on which container suits me best?
Yes, we advise you free of charge on the type of container, size and format (purchase, second-hand or rental) that best fits your product and your logistics.
What do you buy?
Used bulk bins, big box, pallets, crates and IBCs, even damaged ones.
How is the valuation done?
Send us photos via WhatsApp or the form: price per unit within 24 hours, based on model, condition and quantity.
Who pays for collection transport?
We collect using our own vehicles; the valuation already takes this into account. You just tell us where they are.
